Lewis joined the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in September 2017 in the Commissioning Team. Now holding the position of Head of Policy & Commissioning, his main responsibilities are relating to planning and delivery of the Police & Crime Plan priorities.

Lewis has worked for Dorset Police since 2004 holding a vareity of roles throughout the organisation, including roles in Supplies, Procurement, and Custody.
