Lucy joined the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in January 2026, as EA to the Commissioner. Bringing strong organisational and time management skills to the role, Lucy provides essential support and information directly to the Commissioner.

Lucy has over 11 years of police staff experience, across both Dorset Police and Avon & Somerset Constabulary. Joining Dorset Police in 2001, Lucy’s career quickly progressed across both Forces, specialising in research and disclosure within the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS), Force Vetting & Force Intelligence Units.  More recently Lucy has worked for several years in the private sector, as Chief of Staff and EA to a CEO. 

Away from the office, Lucy is usually found at her local cricket club, either playing or coaching cricket. Lucy is a self-confessed petrolhead, with a strong passion for motorsport and regularly visits various racetracks with her family!
