Vickie Corbett

Executive Support

Vickie started at the OPCC Governance and Contact team as a Support Officer in March 2022.  The main portion of her OPCC portfolio is to support the 20 plus dedicated volunteer Independent Custody Visitors within Dorset.

Originally from Winchester. Vickie is a qualified Piano Technician and Restorer. She joined Dorset Police in 2005 working at HQ predominately with what is now Dorset Road Safe. In October 2006, she was one of the first rural Police Community Support Officers in Dorset until 2013.

Next Vickie, took a career break to live in America with her family for 5 years. There they travelled extensively across America. Clocking up 32 states visited. Predominately, in a 1974 Airstream 31ft trailer (caravan) This was shipped back to the UK and they still enjoy camping as a family. In her own time, Vickie is a volunteer Police Cadet Leader.
