Jenny Heaver
Policy & Commissioning Team
Jenny joined the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in April 2013 as an Administrative Support Officer, bringing with her previous experience in local government. Following her strong performance in the role, she was promoted to Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive in August 2013.
In 2017, Jenny moved into the role of Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team, where she continued to provide high-level administrative and organisational support.
In January 2022, Jenny successfully secured a position within the Policy and Commissioning Team as a Policy and Commissioning Officer, contributing to the development and delivery of key policies and commissioned services. She is currently undertaking a secondment as Commissioning Manager, further developing her expertise in commissioning, partnership working, and service improvement.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and making the most of Dorset's beautiful coastline and beaches
