Are you passionate about fairness and justice? As an Independent Custody Visitor, you will make unannounced visits to police custody suites to check on the welfare and rights of people detained by the police.

Volunteer as an Independent Custody Visitor (ICV) and help ensure fairness, dignity and human rights in police custody.  ICVs play a vital role in protecting detainee's rights and maintaining public trust in policing.   You will provide independent feedback to maintain the high standards held in custody across Dorset. 

No previous experience is needed - full training and support are provided.
