Contact

Nicola joined the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in September 2023 as Contact Officer with the Governance and Contact Team. Before this she workied as an Office Manager at a private specialist residential school which specialised in supporting young people diagnosed with Autism and other associated learning differences.  While there she completed, and passed with distinction, the City & Guilds Level 3 Business Administration.

Nicola has worked within the administration field her whole working life, often being the main/first line of contact between the public and the business. Directing enquiries appropriately to ensure the best interests of both the business and the contact are maintained.

Outside of work Nicola enjoys a wide variety of craft activities, spending time with her family and working out with her family at the local kickboxing and taekwondo classes.
