Charlotte Davies

Violence Reduction and Prevention Team

Charlotte joined the OPCC in January 2024 to work as the Immediate Justice Policy Officer with the Violence Reduction and Prevention Team.

Charlotte graduated from Bournemouth University with a Master’s degree in Investigative Forensic Psychology and held a variety of roles within Dorset Police since joining in 2018, including working in the Victim’s Bureau and the Major Crime Investigation Team.

Outside of work she enjoys going for runs, working out in the gym, listening to true crime podcasts, and travelling.
