Georgie joined the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in January 2024 as the Senior Management Team’s PA. Prior to joining the OPCC, she worked for the Forensic Capability Network and Dorset Police in various support roles, gaining a wealth of professional experience in administration, project management, event planning, and executive support. Working for policing at a local and national level has developed her knowledge and understanding of the challenges to policing, best practice, and collaborative working opportunities.

Georgie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a master’s in forensic psychology. The focus of her MSc thesis was on police misconduct and the public’s relationship with policing. She is passionate about ethical policing and criminal law.

Outside of work, Georgie enjoys heavy metal concerts, playing video games, and watching movies with her family. She loves to walk her dog at the beach and is passionate about fitness.
