Jess joined the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in June 2024 as a Contact Officer within the Contact Team.

She has a strong background in customer service and administrative roles, with experience supporting the effective handling of enquiries and ensuring clear communication between organisations and the public. 

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time outdoors, whether on land or water, as well as travelling.
