Jess joined the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner in June 2024, as a Contact Officer as part of the Governance and Contact Team. 

With a strong background in customer focused administrative positions, she is experienced in professionally managing enquiries to ensure effective communication between the community and office. Jess has a passion for customer service and strives to ensure client satisfaction is the best it can be given in any situtaion. 

When not at work, Jess enjoys spending time outdoors, either on water or land, as well as finding time to relax with her much loved cats - Otto, Rocco and Hugo!
